Wellbeing Wednesdays at HCCA

Wellbeing Wednesdays are go at Holbrooks Community Care Association, 115 Holbrook Lane, Coventry, CV6 4DE, 12:30 - 1:30 pm

Whether it be armchair aerobics, armchair yoga, relaxation techniques, a walk in the park, or just a chat over a cuppa, we have your wellbeing needs covered. These sessions are suitable for all. 

No booking required, so just pop in on a Wednesday between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm and join us! 

Digital Skills at HCCA - Fridays 13:00 - 15:00

Lynne will guide you and pass on the skills to enable you to do so. No need to book, just come along
